The View from Here
One afternoon I found myself alone, standing in my 10-year-old’s bedroom. Their walls were studded with stuff-collages partially obscured by pet and family photos, colorful beads draped from push pins. With a polaroid camera I framed moments of this kaleidoscopic display. The photos were blurry and elusive. I further abstracted them through scanning and reprinting on old clothes.
